Weeks 1–2

A closed-door discovery — with you, and with the people whose perspectives matter. We begin by understanding the real context behind the visible challenge — including organizational dynamics, leadership tensions, communication patterns, and cultural assumptions.

Frame

Weeks 2–4

We return with a written diagnosis: where alignment is missing, where the strategic risk truly lives, and the two or three moves that change the outcome.

Move

Months 2–6

Engagement work — facilitation, coaching, market-entry execution, partnership building. We do the work alongside you, not from the bleachers.

Hand off

Month 6+

We design every engagement to end. The deliverable is internal capability, not dependency. We stay on retainer only when the work calls for it.
